Established on November 14th 1995, Omaha Prime introduced a new standard to the city’s dining scene, a locally owned, New York–style chophouse set high above the historic Old Market Passageway. From the beginning, WE offered something Omaha had never quite seen before: a refined steakhouse experience grounded in tradition, yet distinctly its own.

At the heart of Omaha Prime is its commitment to craftsmanship, from expertly selected cuts of steak to thoughtfully composed dishes, each prepared with precision and care. The menu reflects the timeless appeal of a classic chophouse, elevated by a dedication to quality and consistency.

Blending polished, attentive service with a warm and inviting atmosphere, Omaha Prime has remained a destination for nearly three decades. It’s a place where celebrations feel effortless, business turns into connection, and guests return time and again, not just for the meal, but for the experience.
